How do I get started?

If you are interested in becoming an Indirect Dealer Agent, please complete the online registration form located on the Dealer Registration page.

Once we have received your registration submission, a member of our indirect sales team will contact to you. A login and password will be sent to the email provided. If you need more information or have questions, please use the Contact Us form.

Which products are available to buy?

Your indirect sales representative will assist in providing pricing and product selection that will be available to you on the portal.

Which payment types are accepted?

Credit card orders are always accepted, pending the approval of your card. Additionally, your indirect  sales representative may be able to assist you in setting up a line of credit with Xentris.  We do not accept debit cards.

What is the return policy on your products?

Xentris Wireless accepts returns on new products that have never been opened and are in the original condition and packaging. Returns must be made within seven (7) days from the date the order is received. There will be a 20 percent restocking fee fr returns. Shipping cost for the return is the responsibility of the customer. Returns of defective products are not accepted. 

It is recommended that return shipments are shipped using a traceable shipping method as Xentris Wireless is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Do you offer credit or terms?

In most cases, upon approval of a credit application, Xentris Wireless will offer credit terms to dealers. In some cases, however, corporate policy may override the ability of a dealer to purchase on credit terms. Before completing the credit application, contact your corporate office (if applicable) or use the 'Contact Us' form to inquire about such policies.

Products

Will all the products be available when I place an order?

Every attempt is made to maintain up-to-date inventory levels of all products. However, a situation may arise where the quantity that is ordered is not available. Our Customer Service team will notify you to ensure the quantity available is acceptable for your order.

What are universal products?

Universal products are products that are designed to operate on multiple devices. For example, a vehicle charger with a micro-USB connector will charge any device that has a micro-USB charging port.

Shipping

When will my submitted order ship?

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CST) typically ship the next business day.

How do I change my shipping address?

For security reasons, other than your password, you are not able to change any other information through the portal. If you need to change, add or modify any data, please use the 'Contact Us' form.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

For security reasons, you can ship your order to only one location. If you would like to ship to multiple locations, you will need to submit multiple orders.

Orders

Is there a minimum or maximum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity; however, you are limited to the inventory that is currently in stock. The maximum order size depends on the inventory available for purchase. Backorders cannot be made via the portal.

Do I have to place my order over the internet?

All orders should be placed using the web portal as it keeps order history, tracking information and other vital data.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

It might not be possible to change or cancel an order because our products ship so quickly. Please use the 'Contact Us' form, to submit a request to change or cancel your order. Our customer service team will respond to you via the email you provide.
